Al-Kuwait is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Secretary to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent administrative support to the company, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate must have at least one year of experience in a similar position, as well as basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. We are open to consider immigrant candidates for this position.

The Secretary's main duties will include managing the office calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, answering telephone calls, responding to emails and other correspondence quickly and accurately, maintaining filing systems, providing general administrative support to the staff, assisting with preparing reports and presentations, ordering office supplies and other related tasks.
