Office Assistant Vacancy - Haur-Fakkan
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team in Haur-Fakkan. This position offers a salary of 1400 and we are willing to consider a foreigner for this role.
The successful candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills. They will be expected to provide administrative support to the office staff, as well as assisting with customer service duties. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, managing files and records, scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing reports, and providing general support to the office staff.
The successful candidate must have strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of customer service principles and practices is highly desirable. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
