Job Description:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies in order to grow the company's customer base. The Sales Manager will be expected to analyze sales data to identify trends and areas of opportunity for revenue growth. They will also be responsible for developing effective marketing campaigns that are tailored to the target audience. Additionally, they will be responsible for recruiting and managing a sales team as well as providing ongoing feedback and coaching on sales performance.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales management or relevant field
• Proven track record of successful leadership in sales related roles
• Ability to analyze data and develop successful strategies for achieving goals
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of CRM software preferred
