Job Title: Office Assistant

Salary: 1700 AED/month
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role and should be able to handle a wide range of tasks efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate should be reliable, organized, and have a professional attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to office staff
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and faxing documents
• Assist with the preparation of documents and reports
• Handle customer queries through phone or email
• Maintain office supplies and order new supplies when necessary
• Book travel arrangements for staff members when requested
• Assist with other tasks as required by management
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative.
