key responsibilities, and qualifications

Job Summary
HR Manager needed in Abu-Dhabi with a salary of 900 AED. We are ready to consider an immigrant.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and improve the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department
• Develop and manage effective HR policies and procedures
• Handle recruitment and selection process for new employees
• Monitor employee motivation, performance, and productivity
• Prepare job descriptions, job postings, and advertisements
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
• Develop strategies to foster a positive work environment
Qualifications
• Proven 1 year experience as HR Manager or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of labor law, HR functions (recruitment & selection, performance management etc.)
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
• Strong decision making skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
