We are looking for an experienced and reliable Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure the smooth running of our restaurant. The salary offered is 1100 AED per month. We would also consider taking on a qualified immigrant who can demonstrate their suitability for this role.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant, including personnel management, customer service, financials, and health & safety compliance. You will manage the staff on shift to ensure high standards of customer service are met, and that food is served according to company standards. You should be organized and have strong communication skills in order to coordinate with other departments. Additionally, you should be able to anticipate problems and take appropriate corrective action when needed.

We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced environment; previous experience in Abu-Dhabi is an advantage but not essential. You should have a good understanding of customer service principles as well as excellent interpersonal skills; fluency in English is expected along with knowledge of any other languages spoken by our customers. An understanding of POS systems would be beneficial too.
