We are looking for a Security Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1700. We are open to hiring an immigrant who has no experience in the security sector.

This position involves managing and overseeing the security operations of our organization. The Security Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring security policies to ensure the safety of our employees, guests, and property. They will also be tasked with training staff on security procedures, scheduling patrols, responding to alarms and emergencies, conducting investigations into suspicious activities, and working with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, they should be able to think quickly in emergency situations and make sound decisions under pressure. Previous experience in the security sector is preferred but not required.
