Job Description:
The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, personnel, material, and equipment; ensuring project safety requirements are met; coordinating with subcontractors; establishing quality control procedures; monitoring progress and reporting on it; and resolving issues as they arise. The successful candidate must be able to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a construction management role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, equipment, safety regulations and quality control procedures
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) & AutoCAD software is required
- Excellent communication skills both written & verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
