Secretary vacancy in Sharjah UAE

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Sharjah. This role will be responsible for providing administrative, organizational and clerical support to departments and personnel within the organization.

The successful candidate must have at least three years of experience as a secretary or in a similar role. The ideal candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize work efficiently. Additionally, they should be proficient with computer software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

The Secretary will be expected to attend meetings on behalf of the organization and take minutes; organize events; provide general administrative assistance including preparing letters, memos, reports; maintain records; manage filing systems; answer the phones; respond to emails; greet visitors and other duties as assigned.

We offer a competitive salary of 1800 AED per month for this position. Foreigners are welcome to apply.
