Travel Agent – Al-Kuwait

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Travel Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in planning, booking and organizing their travel arrangements.

The position requires excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as strong organizational skills. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, offering advice and assistance in planning trips, and helping customers find the best deals on travel packages.

• Source and book flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, insurance policies and other travel services as required.
• Advise clients on transportation methods, fares and accommodation availability.
• Monitor changes in flight schedules or cancellations and inform customers accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide accurate advice on destinations, hotel recommendations etc.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience working as a Travel Agent or similar role
• Knowledge of international destinations, international visas requirements etc.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Salary: 1600 KD per month (negotiable)
