Job Vacancy – Secretary - Doha

We are looking for an experienced Secretary to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team and should be willing to take on additional responsibilities when required.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Secretary or similar role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, with knowledge of Arabic an advantage
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
