Executive Chef – Doha, Qatar

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and passionate individual to lead the culinary operations of our bustling restaurant. The successful candidate must be able to develop menus that reflect international tastes while maintaining local flavors.

Required Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry with previous experience leading a team of chefs in a professional kitchen. Previous experience within the Middle Eastern cuisine is highly desirable.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you must have a degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field from an accredited institution. In addition, you must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate your staff effectively.

Duties:
The primary responsibilities of the Executive Chef include creating menus that reflect a variety of international cuisines while utilizing local ingredients whenever possible; ensuring all dishes are prepared according to health regulations; training and supervising kitchen staff; controlling inventory levels; monitoring cost control systems; ordering supplies and equipment as needed; assisting with menu development; developing recipes and instructions for staff to follow; creating budgets and forecasts; maintaining records related to production quantities and costs; coordinating with other departments such as front-of-house staff, marketing team, etc.; staying up-to-date with industry trends; ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
