Surveyor – Riyadh
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in working in a challenging and fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is 1700. We are open to considering an immigrant in this role.

Job Summary:
The Surveyor will be responsible for performing survey tasks, collecting and analyzing data, interpreting information, developing plans, preparing reports, and maintaining records of the survey results. The Surveyor will also be providing advice on land use planning based on geographical information systems (GIS) and other data sources.

Needs for the Candidate:
The ideal candidate should have excellent technical skills with surveying software and GIS applications, with a keen eye for detail. They should be a self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team when needed. Additionally, good communication skills are essential for this role as they will need to be able to explain complex technical data to non-technical staff or customers in an understandable manner.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Utilize surveying software and GIS applications to carry out surveys accurately
• Visit sites to conduct field surveys as required
• Analyze collected data in order to prepare plans, drawings & reports
• Develop cost estimates & advise on land use planning based on geographical information systems
• Record survey results & maintain accurate records of the collected data
• Prepare detailed technical reports that include observations & recommendations • Work collaboratively with other professionals such as engineers & architects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or equivalent qualification • A minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Surveyor or related field • Good understanding of topography & mapping principles • Proficiency in using surveying software & GIS applications • Excellent communication skills • Strong analytical & problem solving skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
