Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
The Welder's primary responsibility is to join, fabricate or repair metal parts and structures according to engineering drawings or specifications. The Welder must also be able to read and understand technical drawings and design plans in order to accurately complete assigned tasks. Other duties may include the repair of worn or damaged components, as well as the installation of new parts when required.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years' experience working with welding equipment in a manufacturing environment. They must have a good attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills in order to accurately complete tasks without mistakes. Additionally, they must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, following instructions carefully when necessary. The successful candidate should have knowledge of relevant safety regulations and possess good communication skills in order to understand instructions from supervisors accurately.
