Job Description:
We are a leading chemical engineering firm based in Dubai, UAE and we are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience working as a Chemical Engineer or in a related field.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing chemical processes and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the company's operations. He/she will be expected to work with colleagues to improve existing processes, develop innovative solutions to complex problems and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Additionally, this person should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Designing new chemical processes for the production of products according to customer specifications
- Developing cost-effective methods for improving production efficiency
- Developing models using computer software for analyzing process flows, energy utilization, material transport, etc.
- Performing laboratory experiments to study reaction dynamics and optimize process parameters
- Conducting regular inspections of plant equipment and systems in order to identify potential issues or areas of improvement
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the chemical engineering process
- Preparing reports on progress achieved through optimization efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- At least two years of experience working as a Chemical Engineer or in a related field
- Proficient in computer software programs such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, etc. - Strong problem solving skills - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines - Knowledge of safety regulations when handling chemicals
