Restaurant Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Salary: 1100 AED/monthly

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall success and operation of the restaurant. This includes overseeing all aspects of customer service, training and developing staff, creating marketing strategies to increase revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a restaurant, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and be able to work independently. We are ready to consider a qualified immigrant for this position.

Responsibilities:
• Develop efficient plans for daily operations of the restaurant
• Train and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Create effective marketing strategies to increase revenue
• Oversee budget management and cost control procedures
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
• Develop menus based on customer feedback and market trends

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Solid understanding of restaurants operations and regulations
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
