We are looking for a motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for the restaurant industry to take on a challenging role and make it their own.

Our Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the restaurant, including daily staff management, customer service and satisfaction, menu development, budgeting and cost control, marketing and promotions, inventory management, implementing health & safety standards as well as local health codes. In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities of the role you will be expected to work closely with senior management on long-term planning and strategy.

The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers as well as staff. You must also possess excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail in order to ensure that all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently. You must have strong financial acumen in order to manage costs effectively while maintaining high quality standards throughout the business.

The successful candidate must have prior experience in managing restaurants or equivalent experience in hospitality industry along with a valid work permit.
