Job Description:
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Jeddah. The successful applicant should have a passion for coffee and providing excellent customer service. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still providing an outstanding customer experience.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of Barista experience
• Knowledge of coffee preparation and beverages
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of excellent customer service skills
• Ability to take initiative and multitask
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ready to consider an immigrant worker (if applicable)

Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks according to company standards
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized work area
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times
• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly customer service at all times
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Restock supplies as needed
