Job Duties
The Barista’s primary role is to provide excellent customer service while preparing coffee drinks according to company specifications using proper barista techniques. Other duties include setting up and stocking workstations with all necessary supplies, maintaining cleanliness throughout the workspace, taking orders from customers accurately and efficiently, operating cash registers or POS systems efficiently, ensuring all drinks are prepared correctly and promptly delivered to customers, answering any questions customers may have regarding menu items or ingredients, handling customer complaints professionally when needed, taking inventory of supplies when required, restocking supplies when needed, cleaning all equipment after each shift and maintaining all health & safety regulations set by the company.
