Position Title: Executive Chef
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1200 USD/month

We are looking for an experienced and talented Executive Chef to join our team at Al-Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and the ability to lead a team of kitchen staff in creating delicious meals. The Executive Chef must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and provide high quality customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, ordering and inventory control, staff scheduling, and ensuring a high level of food quality and hygiene standards. The Executive Chef must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will interact with customers, suppliers, and other staff on a daily basis.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment
• Culinary degree or diploma from an accredited institution
• Previous management experience preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor staff members
