Position: Sous Chef

Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1500

We are looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take their career to the next level. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in creating and executing culinary concepts and menus, as well as managing day-to-day kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for cooking, excellent organizational and communication skills, and great attention to detail. Experience is preferred but not necessary; we are also willing to consider an immigrant with no experience in the kitchen. In addition, the ideal candidate should possess:

• Culinary training or qualifications
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lead and motivate teams of chefs, cooks, and other kitchen personnel
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Ability to effectively plan and manage resources
