We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus)
• Experience with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support by managing day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, providing information about our services, scheduling meetings and appointments, filing documents, preparing reports, and other clerical duties as assigned. The Administrative Assistant will also be required to take on additional projects as needed.
