Position Title: Tutor
Location: Al-Kuwait
Salary: 1600

We are seeking an experienced Tutor to join our organization in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to our students, both in person and online. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of subject matter and a passion for teaching. They should have strong communication skills and be able to motivate their students. They should also have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prepare lesson plans and materials in advance, as well as the ability to assess student progress and provide feedback.

Responsibilities:
• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging lessons according to curriculum guidelines
• Assessing student progress and providing feedback
• Setting appropriate expectations for students’ behavior
• Monitoring student performance and providing support where needed
• Using appropriate teaching methods based on the individual needs of the students
• Developing individual learning plans for each student when needed

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology)
• Demonstrated experience teaching in a classroom or online setting
• Excellent knowledge of subject matter being taught
• Ability to develop creative lesson plans that engage students
