We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Al-Kuwait. We offer a competitive salary of 1500 to the right candidate.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge and understanding of the industry. We are open to considering foreign candidates, however, they must demonstrate the necessary qualifications and experience required for the role.

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR including recruitment, training and development, performance management and employee relations. You will ensure that all policies and procedures are up to date in compliance with local laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for developing strategies for improving employee productivity and morale.

You must possess a degree in human resources or a related field, as well as a minimum of one year's experience in an HR role. Knowledge of employment law is essential, as is strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
