Job Duties:
• Identify customer needs and provide excellent customer service
• Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Monitor market trends to identify potential customers and products
• Generate sales leads through networking activities such as cold calls, emails, etc.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales transactions in CRM software
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as flyers, brochures, etc.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Proven experience in sales or a related field • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite
