Job Title: Accountant
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: 1400 QAR/month

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience in accounting and finance.

The key responsibilities of the Accountant include but are not limited to:
* Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports for management review.
* Performing daily accounting activities such as data entry, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
* Executing monthly account reconciliations and other financial processes.
* Assisting with budget preparation and forecasting activities.
* Performing financial analysis to identify potential areas of improvement.
* Preparing tax returns and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
* Developing internal control systems to prevent errors or frauds.
* Training new staff members on accounting procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required; CPA certification is a plus.
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role with a multinational company is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel) with the ability to create advanced formulas is essential.
