Accountant – Sharjah

We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the day-to-day accounting functions of the company and ensuring that all financial records are maintained accurately and in accordance with accepted accounting principles. The salary for this position is 1100 AED per month.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain accurate books of accounts;
• Prepare journal entries, invoices, monthly/quarterly/yearly closings, bank reconciliations;
• Assist with taxes filing;
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field;
• Experience in bookkeeping or accounting is preferred; however, we are willing to consider applicants with no experience;
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines;
• Fluency in English is required.
