Job Responsibilities:
• Installing, calibrating, testing and repairing instrumentation equipment such as pressure gauges, flow meters, thermometers etc.
• Setting up data logging systems to monitor performance of equipment.
• Diagnosing faults in instrumentation systems and repairing them if required.
• Carrying out routine maintenance checks on instrumentation systems to ensure they are running efficiently.
• Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure the smooth running of projects.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
• Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role. • Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
• Knowledge of electrical safety regulations. • Excellent problem-solving skills. • Good communication skills both written and verbal. • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
