Position Summary:
We are looking for an Instrument Technician to join our team in Al-Kuwait. This position is responsible for providing technical support to our operations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of instrumentation and be able to troubleshoot issues with general maintenance tasks. They must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet. The successful candidate will work closely with other technicians, engineers, and management to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally.

Responsibilities:
The Instrument Technician's job responsibilities include but are not limited to installing, calibrating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing of all instrumentation and associated equipment in the facility. They must also be able to perform preventive maintenance on equipment as scheduled. The technician must also be able to interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, P&IDs (Process & Instrumentation Diagrams), and schematics used in the installation of new equipment. Additionally, they will need to complete documentation related to repairs and maintenance activities as well as maintain inventory records and provide regular updates on equipment status.

Requirements:
The successful candidate should have at least some experience in instrumentation or a related field. A degree or diploma in a field such as electrical engineering or instrumentation technology would be beneficial but not necessary. We are also open to hiring someone with no experience if they can demonstrate their aptitude for this role through other qualifications or skillsets that meet the requirements outlined above. Finally, they should possess strong communication skills as they will be expected to interact with other technicians and engineers on a daily basis about any issues that arise during their workday.

Salary & Benefits:
The salary offered for this role is 1200 KD per month plus other benefits such as health insurance coverage, paid vacation days, etc. This position also offers room for growth within the company based on performance so there is potential for more responsibility over time as well as higher pay depending upon individual performance metrics being met.
