Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Electrician to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, connecting, testing and maintaining electrical systems and components. They must be able to troubleshoot wiring problems and recognize potential safety hazards.

Job Responsibilities
• Install electrical wiring systems according to established standards and codes of practice.
• Connect electrical wires to circuit breakers, transformers, outlets, or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.
• Troubleshoot electrical malfunctions or repair damaged components using soldering irons or other tools.
• Install ground fault circuit interrupters (GFCIs) as well as surge protectors.
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of all electrical systems.
• Identify potential safety hazards and take corrective measures in order to reduce risks of injury or damage to property.
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
• Adhere to all safety protocols when working with high-voltage equipment or on potentially hazardous installations.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational certification in electricity is preferred; must have a valid electrician license from the local governing body
• Proven experience as an electrician with 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams and technical documents
• Working knowledge of relevant tools (e.g., voltmeters) and equipment (e.g., wire strippers)

Competitive salary package of AED 1200 per month
