Job Title: Merchandiser

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Salary: 1700 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have minimal work experience, but must be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of merchandising and retail operations. The job involves assisting in the overall planning, execution and maintenance of merchandise displays and promotional activities in the store. The Merchandiser will need to have excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• Assisting in developing display concepts that maximize sales
• Ensuring merchandising standards are met and maintained
• Implementing product placement strategies to increase sales
• Creating attractive visual presentations that capture customer’s attention
• Conducting market research to identify new trends in merchandising
• Managing inventory levels by monitoring stock levels and ordering new products when necessary
• Assisting with product launches by creating signs, displays, advertisements etc.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail setting or related field • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask efficiently • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary • Strong customer service skills; friendly and professional demeanor
