Needs for the Candidate:
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Barista to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. We are willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista in a café or a restaurant
• Knowledge of different types of coffee drinks, brewing techniques, and equipment operation
• Ability to multitask and work quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive customer relations
• A friendly attitude with the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, etc. according to customer specifications
• Ensure all coffee drink orders are accurate before serving them to customers
• Maintain an organized work area for efficient beverage preparation process
• Ensure cleanliness of all equipment used in the preparation process
• Follow health and safety regulations when preparing beverages
• Regularly restock inventory items such as milk, sugar, syrups, etc.
