Job Title: Tutor
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED per month (local currency)

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Tutor to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one tutoring services for students in a variety of academic subjects.

The Tutor will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
• Assessing the educational needs of the students and developing personalized learning programs;
• Facilitating individual and group learning sessions with students;
• Developing lesson plans based on the curriculum set by the school;
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback;
• Assisting with homework assignments, projects, and other educational activities;
• Maintaining records of student attendance and academic performance;
• Collaborating closely with parents/guardians about their child’s progress;
• Researching new teaching methods to incorporate into lesson plans.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field;
• Previous experience as a tutor is preferred, but not required;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with students;
• Ability to remain patient, organized, and motivated at all times;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) is preferred.
