We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Dubai with a salary of 1000. We are ready to consider a foreigner for this role. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the library services and have solid knowledge of library rules and regulations.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask efficiently. They should be familiar with computer systems, databases, and online resources in order to maintain accurate records and answer questions from patrons. The librarian must also be comfortable adapting to modern technology.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations of the library, including cataloging, circulation desk duties, shelving books, assisting patrons with reference materials, providing information on library services and policies, organizing events for readers, and creating bibliographies. They should also be capable of providing training on library equipment when necessary.

Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining collections by weeding out outdated materials or those that no longer meet the needs of patrons. They must also adhere to copyright laws when obtaining or reproducing materials for patrons’ use.

The librarian must possess strong customer service skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication abilities in order to provide effective solutions to customers’ inquiries or problems. They should also demonstrate enthusiasm for promoting reading habits within the community through public speaking engagements or other events.
