Job Title: Executive Chef
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: 1200 AED per month
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the kitchen and ensuring that all food products are prepared according to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, preferably in the Middle East region and must also have a passion for creating delicious dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing menus with new and existing dishes while keeping up with industry trends
- Training and managing kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met consistently
- Planning and costing menus while controlling food costs and wastage
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering ingredients as needed
- Ensuring that all food preparation is carried out in accordance with strict hygiene regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts/Hospitality Management or related field
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role, preferably in the Middle East region
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Ability to lead a team and motivate them to deliver quality results
