Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. Our ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on international cuisine. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the culinary operations, from menu creation and development to food preparation and presentation. They must have excellent managerial and organizational skills to ensure the highest quality of food is served and that all safety standards are met.

Needs for the Candidate:
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or similar position in a large-scale restaurant or hotel setting
• Comprehensive understanding of international cuisine including Middle Eastern, Asian, European, North African, African and Mediterranean cuisines
• Proven track record in menu creation and development
• Excellent leadership skills with experience in training and managing a team of chefs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai is preferred but not required
