Job Title: Barista

Job Description:
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate must be customer service oriented and have a strong knowledge of coffee beverages and brewing techniques. We are willing to consider foreign candidates with minimal work experience.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare various types of coffee drinks, such as espressos, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.
• Greet customers and take orders in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints in an efficient manner.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations when handling food items.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times.
• Ensure accurate cash handling procedures when accepting payments from customers.
• Process customer transactions using a point-of-sale system.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a café environment preferred but not required.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to interact courteously with customers.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
