Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical engineering support, as well as delivering projects on time and to budget.

Reporting to the Head of the Engineering Department, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in civil engineering, along with a degree in civil engineering or related field.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Designing, planning and managing construction projects according to client specifications;
• Conducting research and preparing reports;
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring projects are completed within budget;
• Assisting with proposal writing;
• Identifying potential problems and solutions;
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance standards; and
• Supervising construction teams.

The successful candidate must have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, be organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
