Office assistant job in El-Fujairah UAE for unskilled worker
The position of Office Assistant is a new opportunity to join our team in El-Fujairah. We are looking for an efficient and organized individual who is able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and manage their time well. This role requires excellent communication skills as they will be interacting with clients, customers, and staff on a daily basis.
The primary responsibility of the Office Assistant is to provide support to the office staff and ensure that the work environment runs smoothly. They will be required to answer phone calls, take notes during meetings, manage data entry tasks, arrange meetings/conferences, and coordinate with vendors for supplies. The ideal candidate should also have basic knowledge in accounting principles and should be able to accurately process payments and invoices.
In addition to these duties, the Office Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining office equipment such as printers, scanners, photocopiers etc., as well as ensuring that any maintenance needed is completed in a timely manner. They must also be comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite products like Word and Excel in order to create documents such as memos or presentations when necessary.
The successful candidate should possess a minimum of secondary school education with strong skills in customer service and communication. We are willing to consider a foreigner for this position with minimal work experience; however we expect the applicant to have an excellent command of English language (both written and spoken). The salary offered for this role is 1200 AED per month.
