Job Description:

Khalifah A City is looking for a highly experienced and creative Pastry Chef to join our team. We offer a salary of 900 per month with the possibility of considering an immigrant for the position. The successful candidate must have a passion for producing high quality, innovative desserts, and be able to work efficiently under pressure.

Needs for the Candidate:

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a pastry chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel. We are looking for someone who has excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The candidate should also possess knowledge of baking, plating and presentation techniques, as well as food safety regulations. Knowledge of various cuisines is an asset. Lastly, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential to this role.

Job Responsibilities:
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for managing the pastry department in accordance with company standards. This includes creating daily specials, ensuring that all desserts meet quality standards, controlling inventory levels and waste management. The Pastry Chef will also be responsible for training new staff members on proper baking techniques and procedures, managing staff scheduling and ordering supplies when necessary. Additionally, the Pastry Chef will work closely with other departments to ensure that all ingredients are fresh and available at all times.
