We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in the foodservice industry and a proven track record of success in creating and executing innovative menus. Our Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operation, ensuring that all food is prepared in accordance with health codes and standards, as well as our own high standards of quality.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for developing menus that are both creative and cost-effective, while ensuring they meet the needs of our guests. Additionally, they will be expected to manage staff effectively, including scheduling and training. They should also have a good understanding of current industry trends and remain up to date on all food safety regulations.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and vendors, as well as ensuring that budget requirements are met. Candidates must have a degree or certification in culinary arts/hospitality management or relevant experience in the field. We offer a salary of 1200 AED for this role.
