Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or dietetics from a recognized university
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a dietitian in a healthcare setting
• Knowledgeable about nutrition guidelines and dietary restrictions
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor patient's nutritional intake and progress towards nutrition related goals
• Create individualized meal plans tailored to patient's needs and dietary restrictions
• Provide education and counseling services on nutrition topics such as healthy eating habits, food safety, food allergies, weight management, etc.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and nurses to plan and coordinate care
