Job Description:

Supervisor - Abu Dhabi - 1200 AED/Month

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising all aspects of our operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer service are maintained at all times. Responsibilities:
• Supervise staff to ensure their performance meets company expectations
• Monitor daily operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
• Develop and implement operational procedures
• Monitor customer service standards and address any issues that arise
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve any operational issues
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide regular reports on staff performance, customer feedback, sales figures etc.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in a similar environment
• Ability to lead teams effectively, delegate tasks appropriately and motivate others
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills
