We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on the role of Supervisor in Abu Dhabi. This person should have a passion for providing excellent customer service and leading by example.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 1 year work experience in a customer service or supervisory role. We will consider candidates who are immigrants, as well as those who are already living in Abu Dhabi.

The primary role of the Supervisor is to lead the team, ensure that all processes are running smoothly, and provide customer service excellence. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, resolving customer issues, managing staff performance, and ensuring that all duties are carried out according to company regulations and policies.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of 1400 AED per month. In addition to this salary, you will be eligible for bonuses based on performance.
