Job Description:

We are hiring a Security Manager for our company located in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of employees, visitors, and property. This position requires knowledge of security management and surveillance systems, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently. In addition, the candidate must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500 AED per month. We are willing to consider immigrant candidates with no prior experience in security management.

The job duties include:

• Developing and implementing effective security plans and procedures;
• Monitoring the premises for potential safety or security concerns;
• Supervising security personnel to ensure adherence to protocols;
• Investigating suspicious activities or incidents;
• Coordinating law enforcement activities;
• Maintaining records of security operations;
• Monitoring access control systems such as CCTV cameras;
• Collaborating with external vendors on security-related projects; and
• Responding quickly to emergency situations.
