Job Duties: The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue growth, manage the sales team, and maintain strong customer relationships. They will lead their team in the creation of weekly/monthly sales reports and analyze results to identify areas of improvement. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

Required Qualifications: The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills as well as experience in sales management or related roles. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred but not required for this position. Additionally, experience with CRM systems is preferred but not necessary for this role.
