Job Description:
The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for the overall management of the housekeeping department. This includes leading a team of housekeepers, managing inventories, scheduling shifts, inspecting rooms, responding to customer feedback, and ensuring that all safety standards are met. The Housekeeping Manager must ensure that all cleaning activities meet our high-quality standards and that our guest rooms are prepared to the highest levels of cleanliness.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting as a Housekeeper or Housekeeping Manager
• Ability to lead a team and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
• Proven record as an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is required; additional languages are an asset
