Salary: 1100 AED (negotiable)

Job Description:
We are currently looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations in our hotel in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the hotel and its premises. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hospitality setting.

The Housekeeping Manager will be expected to plan, organize, and manage the daily operations of all housekeeping departments including cleaning and laundry. He or she will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of staff, handling customer complaints, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and materials, and providing leadership to ensure high standards are met. In addition, he or she must ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in housekeeping management
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
• Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Must be able to work flexible hours when needed
• Proficiency in MS Office applications is preferred
• Previous experience working in hospitality industry is preferred
