Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. This role is responsible for overseeing all construction activities and ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate should have strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Previous experience in construction is preferred, but we are also ready to consider a foreigner with no prior experience in this field. The position offers a salary of 1500 per month.

Needs For the Candidate:

The successful candidate should have excellent people management skills and be able to effectively communicate with workers, suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. They should also have a good eye for detail to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standard possible. Knowledge of building codes and regulations is essential for this role. Furthermore, the Construction Manager should have excellent knowledge of relevant software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp as well as the ability to read architectural plans. A valid driver’s license would be an advantage for this position.
