We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Al-Kuwait. The successful applicant must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role and be comfortable leading and managing a team.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable liaising with clients and colleagues. They will need to be organized, efficient, and have good problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should also have good knowledge of relevant industry regulations.

The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all staff under their supervision, as well as maintaining a safe working environment at all times. They will need to lead by example to motivate staff, delegate tasks as needed, conduct appraisals when necessary and ensure that performance targets are met.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential as well as the capacity to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
